The Derek Smith Collection

All the images on this page were photographed by Derek Smith. Derek photographed many vessels during his time working in and around the port and also when he was a volunteer crew member on Dover Lifeboat. Most were taken in the early nineties and should revive some memories. Now retired, Derek is a volunteer ranger at Samphire Hoe. So, step back in time and enjoy this trip down memory lane. All material copyright of Derek Smith.
